thought onli do abit ball drill then other physical training or game lerh mah, but nv sia..ball drills le then run 2 rounds .keep on repeating this thingy for dunno how many times sia then i ran slower n slower. seems lyk now i lost abit of my stamina le sia..=(

then finish all the tiring drills, we did 2 powersets then go home le..so tired.whole day doing same thing over n over again =.=

after training i go home then quickly bath le then change go mit von jo n wen lo...hahax, we went to watch happy feet sia..O.oso cute!!! hahax..but alot singingn dancing in the movie

not bad lahx..then after the movie go junction 8 makan then walk walk then go home lerh..
